River Road re-opening by RiverLights

RiverLights  by Newland Communities and the City of Wilmington held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the re-opening of River Road this morning.  The ceremony was held at the RiverLights Lake Bridge.  A group of people gathered to hear the announcement and to get a peek of the roadway which now features bicycle and walking paths alongside the road.  Once the ribbon was cut, a group of bicyclists headed off to mark the opening of the street.VP of Operations for Newland Real Estate, Livi... read more
